$30 traveling fee within first 20 miles from Floral City FL

$1 added per extra mile.

Be Prepared to Sign: 

- Bring valid, government issued photo ID with you when meet up

​

- Be sure to have all documents that needs to be notarized with you

​

- Be sure the documents are complete and ready for signature (No blank info, everything must be filled in besides the Signature line of course, do not sign until meet with Notary). If you need legal advice, please consult an attorney. I am prohibited from helping you to prepare, complete or understand legal documents.

- Some documents may require witness. Please make sure you have witnesses present with you if they are needed. 

A witness is someone who physically watches a person sign a legal document and then verifies its authenticity by signing their name.  Must meet the following requirements:

• A legal adult (over the age of 18)

• A neutral third party (someone who is not involved in the document/transaction)

• Can confirm the identity of the signer

• Has the mental capacity to make decisions without assistance

• Performing an online notarization: $25 plus $10 platform fee                       ($35 total per seal)

Loan Signing:

$125 per loan signing

**Within 50 miles or less from Floral City FL, Citrus County**

Additional $30 added for anything over 50 miles but less than 80 miles.
